摘要
介绍了电除尘器传统极配方式及特点。在综合波形阳极板和管状尖刺线优点的基础上,开发了波形阳极板配管状尖刺刚性线的电除尘器,该电除尘器电晕电流大、板电流均匀、运行电压高、故障率低、运行可靠,目前已在两家硫铁矿制酸装置中得到试用,实际运行效果良好。
The traditional electrode configuration and characteristics of ESP are described.The ESP with waveshapped anode plates and rigid tubular spines cathode was developed on the basis of integrating the advantages of both.The ESP has large corona current,even plate current,high operating voltage,less failure rate and reliable performance.The trial operation of the ESP in two pyrite-based sulphuric acid plants showed satisfactory results.
