摘要
环形弹簧由于具有空间尺寸小、刚度大、吸振能力强等特点被广泛应用于各种场合。常用的环形弹簧的设计方法是根据工程经验或者相应的结构空间来选定弹簧参数。利用强度设计理论,定义了6个无量纲参数,推导出了环形弹簧设计的计算公式,并给出了无量纲参数的取值范围。通过两个计算实例,不仅证明了设计方法是合理可行的,而且计算结果也更符合设计要求。
Ring type spring is widely applied in various areas because of its small in size,high stiffness and strong vibration absorption capability.The common design method of ring type spring is that the spring parameters are chosen according to engineering experience or frame-space measurement.By use of design theory of intensity,six dimensionless parameters were defined,the design numerical formulas of ring type spring were deduced,and the numerical scale of dimensionless parameters was given.Through two engineering and calculation examples,it was demonstrated that the design method of ring type spring is not only rational,but also the result is more appropriate to design requirement.
