摘要
用PEG-6000模拟土壤干旱胁迫,对2年生大叶冬青叶片生理生化等指标进行研究.结果表明,随着胁迫程度的加强和时间的延长,叶片中叶绿素含量变化并不呈现单一的上升和下降;叶片中丙二醛的含量增幅较缓;保护酶的活性明显增强,SOD活性表现为先升后降;POD活性的变化呈现先升后降再升再降;CAT活性呈现先升后降再升的趋势.这3种保护酶协同作用,有效清除自由基,减轻干旱胁迫对细胞膜的伤害,增加了大叶冬青的抗旱性,试验说明了大叶冬青有较强的抗旱能力.
Simulating soil water stress with PEG-6000,this paper studied the drought resistance indices of broadleaf holly,such as physiological and biochemical characteristics.The results showed: as drought stress intensified and time prolonged,the change of chlorophyll content in the leaves did not show a single tendency;MDA content increaseed slowly;the activity of protective enzyme increased significantly;the activity of SOD first increased and then decreased;the activity of POD showed a repeated rising and falling tendency;the activity of CAT showed a rising-falling-rising tendency.The concerted reaction of these three protective enzymes could eliminate free radicals effectively,which might alleviate the damage to epicyte under drought stress,and increase the drought resistance of broadleaf holly.The above results showed broadleaf holly had strong drought-resistance.
