摘要
综述了聚硅氧烷热老化机理和提高热稳定性的途径。聚硅氧烷的老化机理主要来源于热解聚和热氧化降解过程。提高聚硅氧烷耐热性的途径主要是改变端基、主链的分子结构,也可以在聚硅氧烷体系中添加耐热添加剂。
The thermal aging mechanism of polysiloxanes and methods applicable for improving their thermal stabil- ities were reviewed. The thermal aging conduct was resulted from thermal depolymerization and thermo-oxidative degrada- tion process. The thermal stabilities of polysiloxanes could be enhanced either by structure modification initiated from vari- ation of terminal group for polymer molecule and the molecule structure of main chain, or by the addition of some kinds of heat-resistant additives.
