摘要
目的探讨情景模拟教学法在母婴护理实践教学中的应用与效果。方法在2007级护理专科生中随机选取2个班级(114名)为对照组,2个班级(114名)为试验组。试验组采用情景模拟教学法,并采用自行设计的问卷调查表进行学生能力自评,统计自评结果;对照组采用传统教学方法。比较2组学生期末考试成绩。结果试验组自评结果统计显示,90.0%的学生认为情景模拟教学法有利于理论与实践相结合;95.1%的学生认为加深了对理论知识的理解和记忆;89.3%的学生认为培养了临床思维能力;96.0%的学生认为提高了沟通能力;90.4%的学生认为增强了实践动手能力;87.0%的学生认为培养了团队协作精神。试验组实践和理论考试成绩均明显高于对照组(P〈0.001),差异有统计学意义。结论情景模拟教学法提高了学生的综合能力和教师的教学水平。
Objective To discuss the application effect of scene simulation teaching method on the practice teaching of Maternal-Child Nursing. Methods In the nursing students enrolled in 2007,two classes (114 students) were randomly selected as experimental group,and two classes (114 students) were randomly selected as control group. The former adopted scene simulation teaching method,they were investigated with self-designed questionnaire of self-rating abilities;while the latter adopted conventional teaching method. The results of self-rating and final examinations of the two groups were analyzed. Results In the experimental group,90.0% students thought that the scene simulation teaching method was helpful to combine theory with practice,95.1% students thought that the teaching method was helpful to deepen the understanding and memory of the practical knowledge,89.3% students thought that the teaching method was helpful to cultivate their clinical thinking abilities,96.0% students thought that the teaching method was helpful to improve their communication abilities,90.4% students thought that the teaching method was helpful to strengthen their practical abilities,87.0% students thought that the teaching method was helpful to build their team spirit. The grades of practical test and theory test in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.001). Conclusions Scene simulation teaching method contributes to improving nursing students' comprehensive abilities and teachers' teaching level.
