摘要
骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一种以关节软骨退行性变和新骨形成为特征的非炎症性疾病,是关节炎最常见的类型。本文回顾了与软骨代谢有关的标志物分子,以及聚蛋白多糖酶在OA软骨破坏中的作用,并就OA的早期诊断和治疗方面的研究进展做一论述。
Osteoarthritis（OA） is a degenerative joint disorder characterized by destruction and loss of articular cartilage as a result of an imbalance between catabolic and anabolic cartilage matrix metabolism.It is the most common form of arthritis.In this paper,we review the metabolic markers of OA,and the contribution of aggrecanase in OA.In addition,the early diagnosis and treatment of OA are discussed.
