摘要
对干粉煤气化产生的高温合成气体有2种冷却方式,即以Shell煤气化工艺为代表的废锅流程和以GSP煤气化工艺为代表的激冷流程。以60万t/a甲醇项目为例,对比了采用2种不同流程配置时的工艺方案、公用工程消耗、能耗以及装置投资、单位合成气成本等指标;论证了不同流程对后续变换系统的影响;比较结果表明,该项目选择废锅流程较为适宜。
There were two kinds of cooling type for high temperature synthesis gas produced from dry-pulverized coal gasification,these are waste boiler process represented by Shell coal gasification process and quench process represented by GSP coal gasification process.Taking the methanol project of 600000 t/a as an example,comparison was made for the process schemes and the indexes of utility consume,energy consume,plant investment,unit cost of synthetic gas and so on,when two abovementioned different process configurations were used;author has proved the influence of two different processes on the consequent shift system;comparison result indicates that the waste boiler process selected for this project is more suitable.
