摘要
研究了全流式燃烧器从涡轮增压器出口处取气的空气供给方式。研究结果表明,新的供气方式可行,且未对发动机动力性带来不利影响;燃烧室具有一次风与二次风的结构,提高了点火可靠性及火焰燃烧稳定性,满足捕集器的再生要求。对捕集器再生时机判断和温度修正进行了研究,试验结果表明,含燃油添加剂的微粒捕集器再生效率在90%以上。
The method of bringing the compressed air from turbocharger for the full flow burner was researched. The results show that the method is feasible without any negative influence on diesel power performance. The air system of burner consists of the primary air and secondary air, which enhances the stability of ignition and combustion. The judgment of regeneration chance and the correction of temperature are researched and it is found that the regeneration efficiency of DPF, which contains the fuel additive, is not lower than 90%.
