水分胁迫对荔枝叶片活性氧代谢的影响 被引量:85

摘要 以适应山地栽培的抗旱性强的荔枝品种东刘1号和适应河边栽培的抗旱性弱的‘陈紫’1~2年生盆栽实生幼苗为材料,研究了水分胁迫对荔枝(LitchichinensisSonn.)叶片活性氧代谢的影响。结果表明:(1)水分胁迫不同程度地增加了荔枝叶片H2O2和MDA含量,抗旱性强的品种H2O2和MDA含量增加幅度均小于抗旱性弱的品种;(2)水分胁迫下,荔枝叶片POD、SOD、AsA-POD、GR活性和GSH含量上升,CAT活性和AsA含量下降,GP和GST活性变化与品种的抗旱性有关,抗旱性强的东刘1号呈上升趋势,抗旱性弱的陈紫呈下降趋势。与陈紫相比,东刘1号在水分胁迫下仍能维持较高的活性氧清除能力。 The seedlings of 1~2 years old from two litchi ( Litchi chinensis Sonn. ) varieties, which differ in terms of drought resistance, were used to study the effect of water stress on active oxygen metabolism in litchi leaves. Chenzi, which grows in riverside is considered to be drought-sensitive. Dongliu No. 1, which grows on hill is considered to be drought-resistant. The results were as follows: (1) The content of H 2O 2 and MDA in litchi leaves increased under water stress. The increment in drought-resistant variety was less than in drought-sensitive variety. (2) Under water stress, the activity of peroxidase, ascorbate peroxidase, superoxide and glutathione reductase and the content of reduced glutathione in litchi leaves increased; the activity of catalase and the content of ascorbate decreased. However, the activity of glutathione peroxidase and glutathione S-transferase increased in drought-resistant variety and decreased in drought-sensitive variety. The ability to scavenge active oxygen was higher in drought-resistant variety than in drought-sensitive variety.
