复合微生物对奶牛生产性能及血液生化指标的影响 被引量:22

Effect of Supplementing Compound Microrganic Preparation on the Productive Performance and Blood Biochemistry Indicators of Dairy Cows

摘要 为探讨相同日粮条件下添加不同水平复合微生物添加剂对奶牛生产性能和血液生化指标的影响,选用产后(87.4±6)d的中国荷斯坦奶牛70头,采用随机区组试验设计,分为5组。试验期67 d,预饲期7 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ、试验Ⅱ组产奶量显著提高(P<0.05);试验Ⅳ组乳脂率显著提高(P<0.05)。添加微生物制剂对乳蛋白率、乳糖率、总固形物无显著影响,乳中体细胞数(SCC)显著下降(P<0.05);血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与对照组相比,试验Ⅲ提高11.55%(P<0.05),试验Ⅳ提高11.98%(P<0.01);对血液中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)含量无显著影响(P>0.05);丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。 The study was conducted to research the effects of the supplementation with different levels of compound microrganic preparation on the productive performance and blood biochemistry indicators of dairy cow. The 70 cows were divided into 5 groups randomly, in terms of days in milk at about 87 days. The experiment lasted for 67 days, including 7 days pre--experiment. The milk yield of test group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were significantly improved ( P 〈 0.05 ) compared with the control group. The butterfat ration of test groups increased at different levels, and test group Ⅳ changed significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ) . The addition of agent had no effect on milk protein, lactose and total solid. The somatic cell count (SCC) of test groups decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). The content of SOD in blood of test group Ⅲ and Ⅲ increased by 11.55%( P 〈 0.05 ) and 11.98%( P 〈 0.01 ), respectively. The content of GSH--Px had no significant changes ( P 〉 0.05 ). The MDA concentration of the four test groups decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ). The diet ratio supplementing with certain level of compound microrganic preparation increased the milk yield and butterfat, it could also reduce the SCC.
