摘要 组织工程学的产生和发展为最终解决人类器官或组织缺损这一世界性难题提供了可能。组织工程的核心思想就是运用个性化的设计方案在体外构建具有生命力的活体并植人体内,从而达到修复缺损、重建功能、提高生活质量和延长生命之目的。胸心血管外科领域集中了心脏、血管、食管、气管等诸多重要器官和组织,开展组织工程研究具有重要的实验和临床价值。
