补阳还五汤对早期糖尿病肾病患者血管内皮生长因子及其受体Flt-1的影响 被引量:35

Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor And its Receptor Fit-1 in Early Diabetic Nephropathy Patients

摘要 目的:探讨补阳还五汤对早期糖尿病肾病患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及其受体(Flt-1)的影响。方法:将60例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均用西药常规治疗,治疗组加服补阳还五汤。采用酶联免疫法检测各组血清VEGF及其受体Flt-1水平。结果:治疗组血清VEGF及其受体Flt-1水平较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),24 h尿蛋白量较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。VEGF、Flt-1与尿蛋白呈正相关。结论:VEGF及其受体Flt-1在早期糖尿病肾病发病机制中起重要作用,补阳还五汤可降低早期糖尿病肾病患者血清VEGF及其受体Flt-1蛋白表达,是其保护肾功能的可能作用机制之一。 To explore the effect of buyang huanwu decoction (BYHWD) on vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and its receptor Flt- 1 in early diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods: Sixty eases of early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with BYHWD, the control was treated without BYHWD. Two groups were received routine western treatment. The treatment group was treated with BYHWD. The levels of VEGF and Flt - 1 in plasma of every group were measured by immunohistochemisty and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results: The plasma levels of VEGF and Flt - 1 ang 24 h microalbuminuria in treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group, and the result in treatment group was more effective than that in the control groups. (P 〈 0.05). VEGF and Flt- 1 were positively correlated with the urine protein. Conclusion:VEGF and Flt- 1 play an important role in the pathogenesis of early diabetic nephropathy patients, of which over- expression may lead to the damage of kidney. BYHWD can degrade the VEGF and Fit - 1 levels of early diabetic nephropathy patients, which is one of possible mechanism of BYHWD protecting the renal function.
