摘要
根据接触非线性理论,利用有限元软件ANSYS对推进电机空心轴与过盈套筒之间的接触作用进行了模拟计算,分析结果得出在设计计算中应考虑热套筒作用的结论,同时计算结果为空心轴的设计以及转子结构设计提供了理论依据。
Based on contact nonlinear theory,it simulates the contact interacting between hollow axis and interference sleeve by ANSYS.The calculating result shows that when designing hollow axis,the effects of thermal sleeve should be considered.In addition,the calculating result provides the theoretical basis for hollow axis and rotor structure design.
