摘要
通过硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20色谱等手段从丹参(Salvia miltiorrhizaBge.)水提部分中分离出一个化合物,利用理化性质和波谱学方法确定其结构为2α,3α,19α,24-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid,该化合物为未见文献报道的新化合物。
One compound was isolated by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 from the water-soluble fraction of Salvia rniltiorrhiza Bge. The structure of compound was elucidated by Chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis as 2α, 3α, 19α, 24-tetrahydroxyolean-12-en-28-oic acid. This compound is a new triterpene.
