正交设计法优选麦芪口服液提取工艺 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究麦芪口服液的最佳水提工艺。方法:选用L9(34)进行正交设计试验,对麦芪口服液的提取工艺进行优选,以黄芪甲苷量、总多糖含量、总固体量为指标,考察煎煮时间、煎煮次数、加水倍数对提取工艺的影响。结果:得到的最佳工艺条件为加水量为12倍药材量,煎煮3次,每次60m in。结论:优选出麦芪口服液水提工艺,该工艺稳定可行,有效成分含量高。 Objective :To study the optimizing water extraction conditions of Maiqi oral liquid. Methods :The extracting conditions were optimized by using L9 (3^4) orthogonal test. Employing the content of astragaloside IV,total amyloses and the total solids as indexes, the effects of the time and cycles of extracting, the amount of water on the extracting process were investigated. Results :The most favorable conditions were 12 times amount of water for 3 cycles, and every extracting time was 60 minutes. Conclusion :Optimum conditions of water extraction of Maiqi oral liquid were obtained and the optimized extraction technology was stable and efficient. The amount of active component was high.
