摘要
建立卷柏HPLC含量测定方法。采用Angilent C18色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(65∶35);检测波长:330nm;柱温:35℃;流速:1mL·min-1;穗花杉双黄酮的进样量在0.3~1.97μg范围内线性良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率98.2%,RSD=0.5%。本方法简便,准确,可靠,可为卷柏药材的质量标准的修订提供科学依据。
The method was established for the determination of Amentoflavone in Herba Selaginellae. The samples were determined by Agilent C18. The mobile phase was consisted of Methanol-0.05mol · L-1 Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate (65 : 35) ; The detection wavelength was 330nm. The calibration linear range of Amentoflavone was 0.3- 1.97μg (r= 0. 9999), and the average recovery was 98.2%, RSD= 0. 5%. The method is reliable, accuracy and suitable for the quality evaluation of Herba Selaginellae.
