摘要
本文报道了半导体激光血管内照射对人体外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞的免疫调节作用。实验结果提示:在23例经650nm.5mW的半导体激光血管内照射治疗一次,五次和十次的患者中,CD+3细胞亚群的百分比与照射前(63.66%)比较,分别提高到65.86%,69.94%,75.04%。CD+4T辅助细胞在第十次治疗后也有所增加。除此之外,半导体激光血管内照射对NK细胞比例及CD+4/CD+8比值具有双向调控作用,即偏离(即高于或低于)正常值的患者经照射后恢复到正常水平。这种双向调控作用将对临床治疗更有指导意义。
The immuno-regulation effect of diode laser ILIB on T lymphocytes subpopulations and NK cells has been studied. The results showed that there were an improving effect on the CD +3,CD +4,CD +8,and NK cells after a period of diode laser (650nm,5mW,CW) ILIB in 23 patients.The mean value of CD +3% was inceased on the lst ,5th and 10th times ILIB separately (65 86%,69 94%,75 04%) compared with the data (63 66%) before treatment.The mean value of CD +4% only increased on the 10th treatment. In spite of the CD +8 was a increased tendency and the mean value of NK % was increased on the lst time of ILIB (23 66 to 26 90%) but a modulating effect had been seen, which modulated the abnormal levels of NK cell and CD +4/CD +8 to the normal levels,so it would be a more useful effect clinically.
