摘要
文中主要从关键能力的兴起背景、概念、培养途径、评价方式等方面对国内外有关关键能力的理论与实践研究资料进行梳理,认为进一步探索和发展可操作性的关键能力培养策略及评价体系是关键能力研究的趋势。
The paper reviews the studies on key competencies in terms of setting, training concept, tactics and evolu-tional means. Then, the maneuverability training tactics and evolutional means of students key-competencies develop-ment is discussed.
