摘要
通过次氯酸盐氧化法稳定合成高纯度的高铁酸钾(K2FeO4),并将其应用于处理生活污水。试验结果表明,在优化合成工艺条件下,可以得到纯度达99%以上的高铁酸钾。高铁酸钾对生活污水中COD、浊度和氨氮等去除效果明显。投加一定量的高铁酸钾可以使该水体达到再生水水质的国家标准,实现水资源循环利用。
Potassium ferrate(Ⅵ) with high purity, a new type water treatment agent, was prepared by hypoehlorous salt oxidation to treat wastewater. The results showed that 99% of potassium ferrate(Ⅵ ) could be obtained in its optimization. Qualitative analysis of potassium ferrate (Ⅵ)was conducted with IR spectrum. Quantitative analysis of potassium ferrate ( Ⅵ )was conducted with oxidation-reduction titration. Potassium ferrate(Ⅵ) could be used to remove COD, turbidity and ammonia-nitrogen in wastewater.
