摘要 目的:探讨MMP-2、VEGF在内异症发生、发展中的作用及相互影响,为内异症的临床诊断和治疗提供科学依据和新思路。方法:SP法检测76例异位内膜、64例在位内膜及72例子宫肌瘤患者(对照组)子宫内膜组织中VEGF、MMP-2的表达。结果:①MMP-2表达异位内膜组强于在位内膜组和对照组;增生期异位内膜组与在位内膜组和对照组之间差异有显著性,分泌期各组内膜之间差异无显著性;正常内膜与在位内膜组分泌期高于增生期,而异位内膜组增生期和分泌期均呈高表达状态。②VEGF表达强度异位内膜组、在位内膜组和对照组依次减弱;增生期异位内膜强于在位内膜和对照组内膜,分泌期异位和在位内膜强于对照组;异位和在位内膜组分泌期强于增生期,对照组增生期和分泌期表达均较弱。③VEGF与MMP-2之间存在正相关关系。结论:MMP-2、VEGF与子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展有关,二者之间存在相互作用。 Objective: To investigate the expression of MMP -2 and VEGF in different endometrium tissues. Methods: The expressions of MMP - 2 and VEGF protein were evaluated by immuuohistochemistry ( S - P method) in 76 ectopic endonletrium and 64 eutopic endometrlum and 72 normal endometrium. Results: (1)The expression of MMP -2 in eetopic endometrlum was significantly higher than that in eutopic and normal endometrium; The expression of MMP -2 protein in ectopic endometrium was significantly higher than that in eutopic and normal endometrium at proliferative phase; In eutopic and normal endometrium, the expression of MMP -2 protein at secretory, phase was significantly higher than that at proliferative phase. (2)The expression of VEGF protein became lower and lower in ectopic, eutopic and normal endometrium; At proliferative phase, the expression of VEGF protein in ectopic endometrium was significantly higher than that in eutopic and normal endometrlum, while at secretory phase, it was higher in ectopic and eutopic endometfium than that in normal endometrium; In ectopic and eutopic endometrium, the expression of VEGF protein at secretory phase was all significantly higher than that at proliferative phase; but in normal endometrlum there was no significance and they were low both at secretory and proliferative phase. (3)There was correlation between VEGF and MMP -2. Conclusion: MMP- 2 and VEGF are obviously overexpressed in eetopic endometrium and they may play an important role in the development of endometriosis.
