摘要
20世纪初期俄罗斯(苏联)进行了第一次强制性的制度变迁,即中断市场经济转而推行一揽子计划经济体制。这一政府主导的命令式体制的确为其国家稳定、社会经济恢复和进步提供了有效的制度保证,但因无法实现有效制度的可持续性供给终使其供求断层,不得已在20世纪的后十年启动全面转轨。国内外学术界对这一大规模制度变迁的诱因进行了多视角的研究并取得了积极的成果。文章在已有成果的基础上,利用从萨伊定律中获得的启示再论俄罗斯经济转轨的诱因,旨在为转轨经济的研究提供一个可供借鉴的视角与思路。
At the beginning of 20th Century, Russia (USSR) carried out compulsory system transition for the first time, it suspended market economy to implement a series of systems of planned economy. The directive system led by the government did offer effective guarantee of system for the country' s stability and social economy' s recovery. But the failure to continue the effective supplying of systems eventually led to the fault of supply and demand, and Russia was forced to start economic transition comprehensively in the last decade of the 20th Century. In the sphere of learning, research on the causes of leading to the large - scale system changes has been done from many visual angles and active achievement has been obtained. On the basis of the for another time achievement of relative study, this article is to discuss the causes that led to Russian economic transition by utilizing the enlightenment from Say' s Law of Market aiming at offering a visual angle and thinking that can be used for reference in the researching of transiting economy.
