摘要
剑桥大学的人才培养有其独到之处。在办学理念上强调理性训练和人格塑造,注重原创性研究,反对教育的功利主义;在培养过程中注重“议”“写”环节的训练;在校园氛围上重视文化融合与思想交流。它给我们的模式启示有三点:一是要重视原创性研究,厚积而薄发;二是要为学生创造一个宽松的学习氛围,促使学生从被动学习转为主动学习;三是重视师生间的彼此交流。
Cambridge University is unique in its cultivation of students-emphasizing rational training, character building, original research, discussion and writing skills, cultural communication, and exchange of ideas, and opposing pure utilitarianism. The three major areas of its edification are： strengthening original research and accumulation of knowledge; providing an optimal atmosphere for tapping students＇ initiative in pursuing their studies and interests： and facilitating communication between teachers and students.
