摘要
目的观察分析了带蒂的含真皮下血管网的薄皮瓣修复治疗手部皮肤缺损创面的临床疗效。方法对不同病因引起的手部皮肤缺损创面62例应用胸部或腹部带蒂的含真皮下血管网薄皮瓣修复治疗，术后7～8d断蒂。结果断蒂后皮瓣无坏死，随访3个月～1年，手部修复区皮肤平整，色泽好，外观及功能均满意。结论应用带蒂含真皮下血管网薄皮瓣修复治疗手部皮肤缺损简便易行，疗效肯定，有广泛的临床应用价值。
Objective To review and analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of repairing wounds on hands by subdermal vascular network shin flap with pedicle. Methods 62 patients with hand skin defect surface were treated by repairing the defect surface with thin pedicle flaps with subdermal vascular from abdomen and chest wall, the pedicles were amputated 7 to 8 days after the operation. Results The flaps survived without necrosis after the pedicles were amputated. During the follow - up of 3 months to 1 year, the repaired skin of hands was plain and the color was good, the aspect and function were satisfying. Conclusion It is an ideal method to repair the skin de - fect of hand with skin pedicle flap with subdemal vascular network and is easy to perform, and the results are effective, so this kind of operation has quite practical clinical values.
