摘要
目的:探讨舒利迭(吸入型肾上腺皮质激素与长效2β-受体激动剂的预混制剂)对Ⅲ-Ⅳ级慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)肺功能的治疗作用。方法:病人88例,舒利迭50/250,1吸/次,2次/天,观察治疗前、治疗后2周、4周病人肺功能的改变。结果:治疗前、治疗后2周、4周病人的肺功能比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒利迭吸入剂治疗Ⅲ-Ⅳ级病人能够明显改善病人肺功能,有一定的临床应用价值。
Objective： To investigate the effects of Seretide accuhaler （mixture preparation of long acting β2 adrergic rcceptor atagonist and inhaled corticosteroid）on COPD patients at Ⅲ-Ⅳ stages. Methods：Eighty--cight COPD patients at Ⅲ-Ⅳ stages were treated with seretide accuhaler TM 50/250 by using accuhaler/diskus,2 timcs/a day. 2 and 4 weeks after treatment ,the lung functions were evaluated rcspectively before and after treatment. Results：After treatment the observed indexes were significantly improved （P 〈7 0.05） . Conclusion：The treatment with seretide accuhaler in COPD can improve the lung functions in COPD patients at Ⅲ-Ⅳ stages,which has certain value in the clinical application.
