特高压直流输电线路外绝缘设计和绝缘子选型 被引量:43

摘要 污秽外绝缘问题是我国直流特高压输电工程建设中最关键的技术问题之一。瓷和玻璃绝缘子已经不能满足我国特高压直流输电工程外绝缘的要求,复合绝缘子是解决该问题的必然选择。目前国内外虽然对复合绝缘子的直流污闪特性进行大量的研究,但对其人工污秽试验方法及输电线路绝缘子选型等外绝缘设计的一系列基础问题尚没有解决。为此提出了特高压直流输电线路外绝缘设计和复合绝缘子选型需要开展的研究,并对比了3种不同材料绝缘子的直流污闪特性,最后详细的论述了复合绝缘子伞裙结构的优化设计。 The operation experience of extra-high voltage DC transmission lines indicates that the contamination fiashover of insulators has become one of the most serious problems of transmission system and high altitudes is the specific problem of China facing the UHVDC transmission projects. Thus external insulation is one of the most important technology issues facing the construction of UHVDC transmission projects. Porcelain and glass insulator can not satisfy electrical requirement of UHVDC transmission lines. A great deal of operation experience proves that composite insulators have excellent contamination-flashover resistance and in many countries, they are widely used in high voltage finest especially in extra high voltage and ultra high voltage lines. Consequently, composite insulator is the best choice for UHVDC transmission lines to ensure the power system operation safely. A series of studies have been conducted to investigate the outdoor insulation behaviors of composite insulators. However, up to now, little efforts were drawn on the basic research of the artificial pollution experiment method of composite insulators and of the selection of external insulation of UHVDC transmission lines. In this paper, studies mainly focusing on primary investigation about experiment methods of composite insulators, witch should be conducted before construction of UHVDC transmission projects, is put forward. Flashover performances of composite insulators are much better compared with those of porcelain and glass insulators. And the optimization of composite insulators' sheds, which is more important for insulation of transmission lines, is be discussed in detail, by which flashover voltages of composite insulators can be enhanced greatly. Therefore, the dimension of towers will be decreased and the cost of transmission systems will be reduced, especially in heavy pollution areas.
