摘要
目的检测非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中凋亡相关蛋白Bcl-xl的表达水平。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测35例NSCLC组织(男28例,女7例;肿瘤直径<5cm19例,≥5cm16例;鳞癌20例,其中高分化3例,中分化5例,低分化12例;腺癌15例,其中高分化2例,中分化6例,低分化7例;Ⅰ期11例,Ⅱ期12例,Ⅲ期12例;病理分级G1、G216例,G3、G419例;有淋巴结转移23例,无淋巴结转移12例)和7例正常肺组织中Bcl-xl蛋白的表达。结果NSCLC组织中Bcl-xl高表达率(57.14%)高于正常肺组织的14.29%(P<0.05)。NSCLC组织中Bcl-xl高表达率与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、组织类型无关(P>0.05),与TNM分期、淋巴结转移及病理分级有关(P<0.05)。Bcl-xl蛋白低表达患者生存时间为(88.00±12.36)周,高表达患者为(49.00±16.25)周(P<0.05)。结论Bcl-xl蛋白表达异常可能在NSCLC的发生、发展和预后中发挥了作用。
Aim: To detect the expression of Bcl-xl protein in non-small lung cancer (NSCLC) tissue. Methods:The expression level of Bcl-xl protein was detected in 35 patients with NSCLC (28 males and 7 females; 19 cases with tumor size 〈5 cm, 16 eases with tumor size ≥5 cm; in the 20 cases of sequmous cell carcinomas, 3 cases were well-differentiated,5 were moderately ditterentiated, 12 were poorly differentiated; in the 15 cases of adenocarcinomas, 2 cases were well- differentiated,6 were moderately differentiated ,7 were poorly differentiated;11 cases at stage Ⅰ , 12 cases at stage Ⅱ, 12 cases at stage Ⅲ ; 16 cases of grade 1 and 2, 19 cases of grade 3 and 4;23 cases with lymph node metastasis) and 7 normal tissue using immunohistochemistry. Results: The expression level eft Bel-xl in NSCLC (57.14%) was higher than that of normal tissues ( 14.29% ) ( P 〈0. 05 ). There is no correlation between the Bel-xl overexpression and age, sex, tumor size, and histological type (P 〉 0.05),only pathological grade, TNM stage, and nodal metastasis had correlation with overexpressioa of Bcl-xl ( P 〈 0.05). The mean survival time was significantly shorter in patients with higher Bcl-xl expression than that of patients with lower Bcl-xl expression (49.00±16.25 weeks vs 88.00 ±12.36 weeks, P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Abnormal expression of Bcl-xl may play an important role in the oncogenesis,development, and prognosis of NSCLC.
