摘要
通过不同肥料配比处理对烤烟生理指标及主要香气前体物成分的影响研究,结果表明处理Ⅲ,Ⅰ能显著增加烟叶类胡萝卜素含量、提高烟叶叶绿素a,b的含量,增加烟叶硝酸还原酶的活性,对提高烟叶香气质量有很大潜力。
Several physiology indices and the main precursor ingredient of aroma were studied through increasing the different combination and proportion of fertilizer to the flue-cured tobacco. The experiment indicate that treat Ⅲ, Ⅰ can remarkably increase the carotenes, chlorophyll a and b contents, and the NR activeness. Both of treat Ⅲ, Ⅰ have the potential to improve the tobacco leaves aroma matter.
