摘要
针对钻井工程技术和环境保护的需要,从油基钻井液的防塌作用机理出发,研制了 新型聚合醇类防塌水基钻井液体系(简称PEM)。经室内研究和海上油田应用证实,PEM具有 无荧光、不干扰地质录井,有利于发现油层,抑制和防塌能力接近油基钻井液水平,EC50>>30000mg/L,满足环境保护的要求和优良的储层保护特性等优点。目前,PEM已在渤海、南海近10个油田50多口直井、斜井、三维井和深井中成功应用。
A new polyol-type water-based drilling fluid system, PEM, is developed on the basis of anti-sloughing mechanism for oil-based drilling fluids in order to meet the needs of requirement of drilling engineering and environment protection. A laboratory study of PEM and its application into offshore drilling show that it has no fluorecence and no impact on geologic logging, and is favorable for discovering oil-bearing formation, inhibithing shale swelling and anti-sloughing wellbore as oil-based driling fluids etc. Since 1995, PEM has been applied successfully in over 50 straight, inclined, 3D and deep wells of about 10 fields.
