摘要
目的:探讨心电向量图T环改变对冠心病的临床诊断价值。方法:对56例冠心病患者及60例健康人进行心电向量T环改变统计分析。结果:冠心病组在QRS/T值、QRS-T夹角、T环的L/W比值、T环角度方面与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01),而在T环转位方面无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:T向量环改变对冠心病诊断有重要价值。
Objective： To explore the clinical value of changes of T ring of VCG in diagnosis of CHD. Methods： 56 patients with coronary heart disease and 60 health people were analyzed statistically in changes of T ring of VCG. Results： The group of coronary heart disease in QRS/T, QRS -T angle, the ratio of T ring L/W and the angle of T ring have obvious difference with that of control group. （P 〈0. 01 ）, while T ring in turning location, two groups have not significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） Conclusions： Changes of T ring of vectocardiogram were important valuable in diagnosis of CHD.
