摘要
为了加强本科生实验动手能力和创新能力的培养，针对生物技术专业的微生物学实验教学进行了实验室开放式的教学改革，取得初步成效。实践证明，实验室开放式教学有利于创新人才的培养，而实验教学改革是创新能力培养的不竭动力。
To improve the students＇ abilities of conducting experiment and creation, teaching reform of opening lab was carried out in microbiology experiment course of biotechnology major and has obtained some achievements. The reform shows that the teaching of opening lab benefits the cultivation of creative students and the reform itself is a kind of continual power of training creativity.
