摘要
以 TiO_2和 PbC_2O_4为反应物,Nacl 和 NaCl-KCl 为熔剂,于820—1000℃保温2 h 制备了纯净的 PbTiO_3 粉体.熔盐法制备过程中盐的用量以及温度明显的影响晶粒的尺寸,当温度低于900℃时,在氯化物盐中随着温度的升高,晶粒尺寸逐渐增大;当温度高于900℃时,晶粒尺寸随温度的升高变化不大,晶粒最终发育为较完整的球形.熔盐合成晶体生长过程为扩散机制控制,通过调整熔盐的用量及温度可以控制晶粒的尺寸与形貌.熔盐法制备 PbTiO_3粉体工艺流程简单,时间短,产量大,成本低,无污染.
Lead titanate ceramic powders were prepared by reaction of PbC2O4 and TiO2 in NaCl and NaCl-KCl molten salts at a temperature rang of 820-1000℃ for 2 h. The grain size and morphology were influenced by the salts content and the temperature in chloride, below 900 ℃ the grain size increases with increasing temperature and the grain size does not change apparently and Spherical grain is obtained when the temperature is at above 900 ℃. The grain growth process is controlled by diffusion and the morphology can be controlled by setting the salts component and temperature. The molten salt synthesis (MSS) is a simplest and innoxious method and has the advantages of high yield, low cost and short time for obtaining PbTiO3 powder.
