摘要
在分析我国现行科技项目管理体制的基础上,构建了科技项目政府采购的运行机制框架,分析了三类采购对象的特点,研究确定了相应的采购机制,对其中存在的一些问题作了初步研究。
On the basis of analyzing the current management system of research projects in China, this paper has established the operational mechanism framework of government procurement for research projects, analyzed the characteristics of three types of procurement objects, studied and determined the corresponding procurement mechanism, and conducted a preliminary study on existing problems.
