摘要
目的探讨自身免疫反应在腰椎间盘突出症发生中的作用。方法对腰椎间盘突出症患者的髓核(脱出组)和腰椎骨折患者的髓核(正常组)进行病理学观察,免疫组化观察CD4+、IgG、IgM、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达,放免检测组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的表达。结果脱出组的髓核组织中见一定量的炎症细胞浸润,免疫组化显示一定量的CD4+阳性细胞,放免检测TNF-α的表达与正常组有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症发生、发展与自身免疫有密切的关系。
Objective To study the role of autoimmune in lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods The intervertebral discs were harvested from LDH cases(diseased group) and lumbar fracture(control group) Expression of CD4+ cells,IgG,IgM and vaacular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) were observed by immunohistochemistry.TNF-a in tissue was detected by ELISA.Results The outcome indicated that inflammatory cells,especially CD4+ cells were infiltrated into nucleus pulposus in diseased group.Levels of TNF-a was significantly higher in diseased group compared with controls(P<0.05).Conclusions The occurring and development of LDH are closely related to autoimmune.
