摘要
自行开发结构优化软件存在着人机界面和结构分析功能不足等弱点。在有限元软件MSC.PATRAN/NASTRAN平台上,用PATRAN的二次开发工具PCL建立了结构优化系统,此系统由NASTRAN作结构分析和敏度分析,采用自主开发的基于二级多点逼近算法的程序模块进行寻优计算,并且特别增加针对空间飞行器结构优化的特殊功能和相应前后置界面,使PATRAN/NASTRAN具有的结构优化功能得以扩展。典型算例和实际工程的应用结果表明,本程序系统计算准确快捷,使用方便,适用于航天器的结构优化。
Self-developed structural optimization software has the low abilities of man-machine interface and structural analysis. A structural optimization software system is constructed through PCL(PATRAN Command Language) on the base of commercial FEM software MSC. PATRAN/NASTRAN. In the new system NASTRAN performs the structural analyses and design sensitivity analysis, and a self-developed coding two-level multi-point approximation method is used for the optimization calculation, Moreover, special functions and corresponding interface for structural optimization of spacecraft are developed, which greatly expanded the capabilities of primal PATRAN/NASTRAN system. The application results of typical examples and practical engineering problem show that the developed system is effective in calculation, convenient in usage, and suitable to be applied in the structural optimization of spacecraft.
