摘要
根据武汉市区的渍涝灾害实例，分析了致灾原因，并探讨了防灾、减灾策略。
According to the actual examples of the waterlogging disaster in Wuhan City,this paper analyses the disaster causes and advances the countermeasures of advoiding and reduction of the disaster.
