摘要
从人权的角度来看,每一个人都享有生育自由,都有权要求、主张自己生育权的实现。国家和政府等公权力对生育自由权的介入应当有合理的界限。在不违反国家相关政策以及符合社会公共利益的前提下,作为国家和政府有义务给予每个人生育权平等的保护和尊重。
From the point of view of human rights, everyone enjoys the freedom and claims the right of childbearing. There should accordingly be a rational limitation for the intervention into the rspect conducted by such powers as the state and government, who are, on the contrary, to be obligated to offer everybody equal protection and respect to their childbearing right on the condition of not violating national relevant policies and according with social public interests.
