摘要
溴化钾压片法研究了6个厂家生产的13种α型和γ型纳米氧化铝的红外消光特性,给出晶型、平均粒度和比表面积等表征数据,计算机分类绘制了α型和γ型纳米氧化铝的红外透过光谱,光谱带积分计算出了3-5和8-14微米两个红外窗口内的红外光平均透过率。测试结果的分析对比表明,纳米氧化铝对红外光具有良好的吸收特性,γ型纳米氧化铝的红外平均透过率普遍小于α型,比表面积越大的纳米氧化铝红外光的平均透过率越小,经过改性处理的纳米氧化铝在远红外波段红外消光作用得到显著增强。
The characteristics of infrared extinction of 13 kinds of α and γ-nanometer alumina from six plants were measured by FTIR with pressing potassium bromide troche and all basic data such as crystal types,average diameters and specific surface areas of the samples were obtained. The infrared transmission spectra of all samples were drawn and the average transmission rates were calculated by integral to infrared spectrums from 3 to 5 and 8 to 14 microns. Nanometer alumina has a good ability to absorb infrared. The infrared transmission rates of γ-nanometer alumina are lower than of α-nanometer alumina. The infrafed extinction of nanometer alumina decreases with the increase of the specific surface area, and increases with modifying treatment.
