摘要
目的探讨大鼠感染斯氏狸殖吸虫后肝脏的超微结构改变。方法将大鼠随机分成对照组和实验组,用斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴经腹腔注射感染实验组大鼠,于感染后不同时间分别剖杀2组的部分大鼠,分别取2组大鼠一部分肝脏组织作透射电镜观察。结果从感染后2周开始,实验组大鼠肝脏均呈现出不同程度的纤维化,8周以后纤维化明显加重,肝脏还出现不同程度的炎症、变性、坏死、出血等病理变化。对照组大鼠肝脏未出现任何病变。结论斯氏狸殖吸虫可对大鼠肝脏造成严重损害,肝脏主要表现为进行性纤维化改变。
Thirty rats were randomly divided into experimental and control groups in which 20 rats were chosen for the experimental group and 10 rats used as the control group. To the experimental group of rats, metacercariae of Pagumongonimus skrjabini were injected intraperitoneally, and the animals of each group were killed at various times after infection.The ultrastructural observation by transmission eletron microscopy of the liver tissues of these two groups of rats was made afterwards. It was found that all the livers showed different degrees of fibrosis 2 weeks after infection and the fibrosis aggravated 8 weeks after infection.In addition, inflammation, degeneration, necrosis and hemorrhage were also observed in the liver tissues. It concludes that the infection with P. skrjabini induces hepatic damages in rats, of which the most prominent changes in the ultrastructure of liver are progressive fibrosis.
