摘要
以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,用N、N-二甲基乙醇胺为中和剂,将甲基丙烯酸甲酯(或苯乙烯)、丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺四元单体共聚反应,合成了适用于柔性版四色套印水性油墨的分散树脂和成膜树脂;用上述树脂为连接料,开发了一组三原色与黑色的四色套印的水性油墨.同时对树脂和油墨的各项指标进行了检测.结果表明:树脂和水性油墨的各项性能符合国家标准,重金属含量经香港SGS检测符合美国州际立法标准,有机挥发物含量远低于国内同类产品水平。
The quaterpolymer of methyl methacrylate (or styrene),butyl acrylate,acrylic acid and N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide were used to synthesize water soluble dispersing resin and film-forming emulsion polymer, which used azobisisobutyronitrile as initiator. The syhthesized polymer was neutralized by dimethylaminoethanol, and then applied as the connective materials of flexograph tetracolor multicolor printing inks. The obtained polymers and printing inks were determined. All of their properties were in accord with national standard. The concentration of heavy metals met the SGS criterion legislated by USA. The VOC of these inks were more less than the similar products.
