摘要
采用新型超细粉末羧基丁苯橡胶(UFPRVP201)改性酚醛模塑料。力学性能研究结果表明,超细粉末羧基丁苯橡胶能同时提高酚醛模塑料的韧性、耐热性和刚性。TEM和SEM研究结果表明,UFPRVP201能在酚醛树脂中良好分散。特殊的改性效果是由于超细粉末橡胶在酚醛中分散良好,使橡胶相和树脂相之间的界面粘结力增大所致。
A new kind of ultra-fine full-vulcanized powdered rubber (UFPR VP201) was used to modify phenolic resin in this paper. Phenolic moulding compound (PMC) with higher toughness and improved heat resistance can be obtained. A good dispersion of UFPR VP201 in phenolic matrix is proven by both TEM and SEM. It is reasonable that increased interface is the possible reason of this surprising result.
