摘要
分析了基于PDM的集成框架系统结构,探讨了PDM集成框架下CAPP工具系统建模中建立产品面向全生命周期的特征信息模型,运用模块化理论对CAPP工具系统进行功能模块划分、功能模块实现以及用面向对象技术实现制造资源扩充等关键技术。最后,通过用户化生成的液压机CAPP系统验证了所建模型的可行性。
The integration framework system structure based on PDM is analyzed. The key technologies, such as establishment of the feature information model oriented product life cycle in the process of the CAPP tool system modelling based on PDM integration framework, division of the function module for CAPP tool system by using modularization theory and the realization method of module, as well as realization of manufacturing resource expansion oriented object technology are discussed. The feasibility of the model established is validated through customization generated CAPP system of hydraulic press.
