摘要
我国国家助学贷款具有极其重要的意义,但在实施过程中相关法律法规不配套,缺乏有效的法律、法规问题已成为国家助学贷款制度顺利开展的诸多问题中的关键。论文通过对国家助学贷款立法的现状、立法原则、立法内容的分析,提出了可能理想的立法建议。
The national loans for supporting students of our country have extremely important meanings.But the relevant laws and regulations do not form a complete set in the course of implementing,The question that lacked the effective laws and regulations to standardize has already become the key to a great deal of questions that the national loans for supporting students systems develop smoothly.Through the analysis of the legislative principle,legislative content and current situation of the legislation of national loans for supporting students,this thesis attempts to put forward the legislative suggestion that may be ideal.
