摘要
选纯种Wistar大鼠,用低铁饮食法复制缺铁性贫血(IDA)模型,之后,用螺旋藻(SP)进行恢复试验。以硫酸亚铁为阳性对照组,以低铁饲料为阴性对照组,按SP含量由小到大分为3个实验组即实验1组(含SP1%)、实验2组(含SP8%)及实验3组(含SP15%)。经过4周的恢复试验,结果:实验2组和实验3组贫血恢复速度最快,其次是实验1组。实验2组和实验3组体重高于阳性对照组,实验1组体重与阳性对照组接近,阳性对照组体重高于阴性对照组。提示:(1)单纯性缺铁可影响大鼠生长,致大鼠体重增长缓慢;(2)螺旋藻似具有加速大鼠体重增长的作用;(3)螺旋藻用于恢复大鼠IDA效果显著,而且用量有一个最适宜的范围.

anemia(IDA)model of Wistar rats was formed by feed-ing with low iron diet.They were then
equally divided into 5 groups including:group 1[feeding with 99%low iron diet+1%
Spirulina(Sp)dry powder],group2(92%low iron diet+8%Sp dry powder),group3(85%low iron
diet+15%Sp dry powder),group 4(low iron diet+30 mg/kg FeSO4)and group5(lowiron diet).After 4
weeks experimental repletion,the mean of Hb of group 4return to normal, Hb,RBC, PCV and SF of
group 2 and group 3 were hi-gher than those of group l and group 5,as high as those of group 4.
TheBW of groups 2 and 3 were higher than that of group 1,group 4 and group5.The BW of group
l was higher than that of group 5 and approachedthat of group 4. The results showed that:(1)
Simple iron deficiency re-tarded the growth of rats;(2) Spirulina might promote the growth of
rats;(3) There was an obvious repletion effect of spirulina on IDA rats.
