摘要 讨论了炭系导电填料的填充量对丙烯酸基水性导电油墨的电阻率及伏安特性的影响。研究表明,随着导电填料填充量的增加,涂层电阻率降低;在低填充量时伏安特性曲线为直线,符合欧姆定律,高填充量时非线性度提高。在此基础上可从中选择最佳填充工艺以指导工业生产。 In this paper, we discussed the effect that caused by the content of the carbon fillings on the resistivity and the V-A characteristic of the crylic acid series water-based conductive ink. The study indicated that, along with the increase of the quantity of the conductive fillings, the resistivity of the dried coating reduced. The curve of the V-A characteristic was straight-line when the quantity of the conductive fillings was low, which accorded with the Ohm law, and when their quantities increased the non-linearity heightened. Basing on the results, we could choose the optimized techniques of the conductive fillings to conduct industrial production.
