摘要
应用模糊数学中的隶属函数值法,人工气候室模拟高温热害,选用了根冠淀粉平衡石水解速率、叶绿素稳定指数、蒸腾速率、细胞质膜透性、干物质胁迫指数和存活率6个抗性鉴定指标,对8个小麦品种幼苗的抗热性进行了综合评价。结果表明8个品种抗热性大小顺序为:豫麦14>花76>矮早781>周8846>郑州891>内乡182>豫3384>85中33。
The hest resistance of 8 varieties of wheat seedlings was comprehensively evalu-ated by means of subordinate function value under the imitation of high temperature ingreenhouse.In order to evaluate the heat resistance of different varieties,We used as cri-teria the hydrolytic rate of starch equilibrium stone in root crown,chlorophyll stability in-dex (CSI),transpiration rate,permeability of cytoplasmic membrane,dry matter stressindex(DMSI)and the percentage of survival.The results showed that the sequence ofheat resistance of the 8 varieties of wheat from strong to weak was as follows:Yumai 14,Hua 76,Aizao 781,Zhou 8846,Zhengzhou 891,Neixiang 182,Yu 3384 and 85 Zhong 33.
