摘要
采用硫酸—苯酚法测定锁阳中多糖含量.用正交设计法对锁阳多糖的提取工艺进行研究,结果显示:在温度94℃,料液比1∶15,提取时间为2h时锁阳多糖含量最高.
The extraction technology of polysaccharide from Cynomorium songaricum Rupr. was optimized with the orthogonal design. The result showed that the optimum conditions for the extraction process as follows: temperature 94 ℃,time 2 h and material to water ratio 1∶15.
