摘要
利用系统分析技术对洛阳北方易初摩托车有限公司发动机装配线的平衡问题进行了分析,分析认为调试工位是装配线的瓶颈工位,在瓶颈工位的调整中,用Delphi编制程序对装配线和调试线的节拍吻合进行了仿真,找出了二者最佳配合状态,并依此对发动机装配线进行了调整。对调整前后的综合分析表明:调整后的方案提高发动机的生产效率,降低成本,提升企业市场竞争力,从而提高企业经济效益。
The holistic analysis technique is used to analyze the balance problem of engine assembly line of Luoyang Northern.EK-Chor Motorcycle Co.Ltd. .It is found that the bottleneck is the workplace of assemby line and some adjustment has been made accordingly. In the adjustment of bottleneck workplace, the process in computer via a program written with Delphi to match the time of assemby line and adjusting line is simulated. It is indicated that the adjusted work plan raises the production efficiency of engine, reduces the cost, promotes the enterprise' s competitiveness,thus enhancing the enterprise's profit.
