综合介绍了世界牙鲆属鱼类的主要特征及种类 ,主要介绍了养殖品种褐牙鲆、犬齿牙鲆、漠斑牙鲆以及实验研究品种北美牙鲆、多耙牙鲆、小眼牙鲆、黑斑牙鲆、巴南牙鲆和巴塔戈尼牙鲆的生物学及养殖研究概况。简要介绍了热带牙鲆、四斑牙鲆、河口牙鲆和伍氏牙鲆等生物学有关知识。
The paper generally introduces the basic characters of various species of flounder family Paralichthys worldwide. And more focuses were given on some farmed species, Paralichthys olivaceus, P.dentatus and P.lethostigma , and research species,P.californicus, P.adspersus, P.microps , P.isosceles , P.orbignyanus and P.patagonicus , for their biology and culture technology. Biology and related knowledge were briefly applied to some species, P.tropicus, P.oblongus ,P.aestuarius and P.woolmani .
