摘要
对聚氨酯/丙烯酸酯(PUA)乳液的合成条件(加料方式、引发剂的种类和用量、乳化剂以及pH值)进行了研究,结果显示:连续将混合单体和引发剂在一定时间内均匀滴加到反应体系中,反应平稳,制备的乳液乳胶粒细而均匀;用K2S2O8做引发剂制得的PUA共聚复合乳液稳定,带有蓝色荧光、粒子均匀无凝胶;在PU预聚体的含量低于6%时,需要加入小分子乳化剂,以弥补PU预聚体的乳化能力不足;当含量高于6%时,乳液聚合只使用PU预聚体就能得到稳定的PUA共聚复合乳液;在乳液聚合时需控制体系的pH值在7.0~9.0。
This article does the research on the synthesis conditions of latexemulsion. The result shows that mixed monomer and initiator are been continuously droped into reactor system for some time. The reaction is smooth and the size of prepared emulsion partical is small and uniform. K_2S_2O_3 is used as initiator, the copolylatexemulsion is stable and always present with blue fluorescent. The content of the PU prepolymer is below 6%, small molecular emolsifier is been needed to cover the shortage of the emulsify ability of PU prepolymer. The content is above 6% ,the copolylatexemulsion is stable with the PU prepolymer alone . The pH of the system must be controlled between 7.0~9.0.
