摘要
进行信息素质教育是发展社会生产力、培养"创新型"人才的要求;是对素质教育的完善和补充。现代化、信息化的图书馆建设是进行信息素质教育的重要保障,同时图书馆的教育功能也得到了进一步完善。
Carrying out information quality education is the need of developing social productive force and training'man of innovating type'and the perfection and complement of quality education.The construction of modernization and information library is the important safeguard for carrying out information education;meanwhile,with the above the education function of library is also further perfected.
